Terms of Service

This page is for anyone interested in commissioning me or buying an adopt, please read before making your decision! :)

COMMISSIONS

1. The commission is not considered to be accepted until the payment/contact is made.
2. I typically accept small batches so it does not often take more than a week to complete the final product. However, if that changes because of a technological issue or my unhappiness with the quality of my work I will always inform the client of a deadline extension.
3. Design commissions and reference sheets may take longer than standard commissions.
4. I only allow changes to be made during the confirmation stages (such as after the initial sketch and after I send an update). Any changes at the end will be considered but cannot be something that will change an entire portion of the piece because I typically paint without separate layers. This is, of course, open to discussion.
5. The more references or details you send me concerning the commission, the better. It is always helpful to have a lot of sources for the product.

ADOPTS

PERMISSIONS (can do)

- you can modify characters after purchase: ex (change outfits, gender identity, color scheme, etc) provided that the original image remains (hidden is fine)
- feel free to upload owned characters to other sites with credit (ex: art fight, tumblr, etc)
- you may trade or sell designs in the event that you have added commissioned art work to the value, otherwise it is not to be valued above what it was initially sold for (if it was a free/ raffle design then it can only be traded or sold for the value of any additional artwork you may have procured individually)
- after purchase the design is yours so feel free to roleplay, kin, commission, ship and use them to your heart's content - there are no commercial fees
- for owned designs: you can create prints, use designs as profile pictures, use images in your layout, etc

FORBIDANCES (can't do)

-- do not remove the original design from toyhouse (hiding or unlisting is allowed)
- do not create ai generated images or content with my design in any capacity
- do not claim my designs, artworks, or images as your own creation
- I do not do refunds, chargebacks will result in blacklisting unless I am informed in advance - bid responsibly
- do not advertise or use my characters alongside hateful/bigoted beliefs
- do not commit to a hold or payment plan without certainty that you can follow through
- if you intend to use a design as a sona, mascot, v-tuber concept, etc and use their image along hateful ideals that harm any person(s) or groups of people YOU WILL be blacklisted
- do not use my art/designs for NFT purposes

PAYMENT

1. Payment is accepted through Paypal and Ko-fi using USD.
2. I take all payments in advance and do not provide refunds.
3. The payment is a confirmation that your commission has been accepted and will be completed in a timely manner.

PAYMENT PLANS

1. Payment plans are allowed for pieces over $70, but must be discussed down to the exact date the payment will be sent. You must also provide a down payment of at least $20.
2. Adopts can be put on hold but this also requires an exact date for the payment. If you fail to meet the deadline I have a right to distribute the adoptable to someone else.
3. If payment is not made within 48 hours (unless discussed otherwise) you will forfeit your place and the adopt will open back up.

TERMS OF USE

1. Do not use my art in conjunction to AI services, be it generating an image of the character design, including the art in a game or product that was manufactured with AI, or uploading a chat bot with my art used on the page.
2. If you plan to use the character for a larger product I would prefer this to be communicated to me, but as of right now there are no commercial fees.
3. Do not claim my designs, artwork, or images as your own.
