This page is for anyone interested in commissioning me or buying an adopt, please read before making your decision.
1. Any art that you purchase from me is considered transferred to your ownership the moment it is finalized. This means you are free to redraw, reproduce, repost, and share however you please. Credit is not necessary.
2. Changes to designs are permitted after you own the character (this rule concerns adopts mainly.)
3. Do not resell for higher than the original purchase amount unless that is with the inclusion of additional commissions from myself or other artists.
4. Anything I draw may be shown on my social media, in video content, or provided as an example to others. If you would like your piece to remain private that can of course be done but please let me know in advance.
1. The commission is not considered to be accepted until the payment/contact is made.
2. I typically accept small batches so it does not often take more than a week to complete the final product. However, if that changes because of a technological issue or my unhappiness with the quality of my work I will always inform the client of a deadline extension.
3. I only allow changes to be made during the confirmation stages (such as after the initial sketch and after I send an update). Any changes at the end will be considered but cannot be something that will change an entire portion of the piece because I typically paint without separate layers. This is, of course, open to discussion.
4. The more references or details you send me concerning the commission, the better. It is always helpful to have a lot of sources for the product.
1. Payment is accepted through Paypal and Ko-fi using USD.
2. I take all payments in advance and do not provide refunds.
3. The payment is a confirmation that your commission has been accepted and will be completed in a timely manner.
1. Payment plans are allowed for pieces over $90, but must be discussed down to the exact date the payment will be sent. You must also provide a down payment of at least $30.
2. Adopts can be put on hold but this also requires an exact date for the payment. If you fail to meet the deadline I have a right to distribute the adoptable to someone else.
1. Do not use my art in conjunction to AI services, be it generating an image of the character design, including the art in a game or product that was manufactured with AI, or uploading a chat bot with my art used on the page.
2. If you plan to use the character for a larger product I would prefer this to be communicated to me.
3. If you plan to redistribute the art via stickers, pins, or merchandise, you must also inform me.
